Step-1
- Open control panel> click on program & features
- Choose Microsoft 2013 and click change
- On clicking change option it will open Microsoft 2013 set up wizard with 4 different options as 1. Add or remove features, 2. Repair, 3. Remove, 4. Enter a product key
- Choose enter a product key option and click on continue option to enter 25 digit product key and click continue.
Step-2
If step-1 is not working then use control panel to solve this error. Here you need to uninstall product key of preview office 2013.
- Open run and give cmd command over there to open administrative command prompt.
- Execute following command “CD C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice15 ”
- If Windows installed in any other drive then replace it with C drive.
- After Office 2013 being activared run following command “cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus” which will open the license details window
- Now uninstall existing version of office and reinstall Microsoft office 2013
